How long do photo projects take?
Most projects are completed within a week of receiving products. We will let you know when we will be shooting, usually within 1-3 days.

What payment options do you offer?
We will invoice you via Paypal or you can send us a check. We will watermark the images until project is paid in full and then we remove the watermarks.

Do you ship items back when done?
We are happy to ship your products back. Please provide a return shipping label or ask us to ship and we will bill you for the return shipping. We use UPS or USPS.

How much do models cost?
It depends on whether or not we hire professional models or can use “every day” people. Either way, models require a minimum of 1/2 day. Children, pets, hand models and high fashion models can all have different rates.

Who owns the copyright of the images?
Unless otherwise negotiated, Dick Smolinski is the copyright owner.

Can I get larger high res files?
Our pricing structure includes files optimized for web/Amazon use. Larger files for print or editing will fall under our commercial photography rates and will be charged accordingly

In what format are images delivered?
We will upload images sized for Amazon guidelines 1500 on the longest side. You will receive .jpgs.

How do you deliver finished images?
We upload your gallery to Dropbox where you can download the images and use immediately. We can email images if you prefer. We will work with you throughout the shoot and may send you sample images for approval to be sure we are all on the same page.

Do you charge per photo or project?
We charge per photo.

Can I have my product photographed in a lifestyle setting?
Of course! We are a full-service commercial studio and can photograph your product on a yacht if you have the budget. Scouting the right location for your image takes time and money. We suggest talking to us about your product and budget so we can guide you into getting the most out of your money.
